Flux is a super cozy and fun studio with warm, passionate instructors teaching in a range of styles. I deeply appreciate how Flux offers accessible options to the community like their free Saturday class, BIPOC scholarship, and work-trade. I feel valued and cared for at this studio, and able to advance my practice. Also, the natural light and sunset views are exceptional, I highly recommend going to a class around that time!

Instructor
Diana Marie Estey is the founder of AliveAnew Yoga and Fitness. With more than 25 years teaching experience, she is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 teacher living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
A born teacher inspired by movement and light, Diana first began teaching a dynamic vinyasa style influenced by her primary teachers Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, and Sean Corne. She studied at Kripalu and in 2003 moved to the San Francisco Bay Area of CA to expand her yoga career with Yoga Works. There Diana gained the skills of clearer articulation and alignment as she developed an incredible practice and community and assisted with the teacher training program. During this time, Diana began the study of her beloved Yin Yoga under her teachers of Bernie Clark, Sarah Powers, and Paul Grilley.
Diana integrates the teachings of her many teachers and experiences, her coaching work, and her love of poetry and nature to create a nurturing and uplifting alignment based slower flow vinyasa practice as well as a grounding and transformative Yin Yoga practice.
Her passion is to create space for students to experience greater connection to their own joy, beauty and freedom in the practice of yoga. A full time yoga instructor, life coach and outdoor fitness educator, Diana’s greatest joy is leading students in yoga and hiking, skiing, and kayaking.
Diana is grateful for all of her teachers who have shared their wisdom and expertise, to her students who continue to inspire and inform, and to the beauty and complexity of all of life.
