Flux is a super cozy and fun studio with warm, passionate instructors teaching in a range of styles. I deeply appreciate how Flux offers accessible options to the community like their free Saturday class, BIPOC scholarship, and work-trade. I feel valued and cared for at this studio, and able to advance my practice. Also, the natural light and sunset views are exceptional, I highly recommend going to a class around that time!

Mission Statement
Flux Yoga Teacher Training is dedicated to training the next generation of yoga teachers from a post-lineage perspective, one that reconnects to the true essence of yoga.
We honor the teachers who came before us, the ancient roots of yoga from the sages of the Indian Subcontinent, and the wisdom cultures, philosophies, and texts that have been carried forward through generations.
Yoga is meant to both unite and liberate. Flux Yoga Teacher Training exists to bring yoga fully into the modern world by honoring its roots while shedding what no longer serves yoga or its practitioners, including misogyny, dogma, caste-based exclusion, and abuses of power.
We stand firmly for ahimsa, ethics, equity, and social justice.
We aim to make yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds through intentional outreach to BIPOC and underserved communities whenever possible.
We are consciously stepping away from rigid lineage structures and toward connection with the Self as the true source of practice and teaching. While many of us learned within traditional systems, we are now willing to step outside what is familiar in order to elevate ourselves and one another with integrity.
We intentionally create space and balance within our bodies, systems, and structures. Not perfection. Not symmetry. Simply space for people to exist and be celebrated exactly as they are.
That is the mission of Flux Yoga Teacher Training.
