Cassidy creates a container for students to feel comfortable and connected to their truest selves. Her classes are playful, accessible, and deliberate as she guides using vinyasa flow, intentional music, and a bit of humor. With 15 years of asana practice and 6 years of teaching, Cassidy maintains a student mindset, always seeking to deepen her ability to practice and share embodied movement. She currently lives in Seattle while helping to manage Flux Power Yoga remotely. Find her on the Flux schedule occasionally when she’s in town leading workshops, dance gatherings, and movement classes. @blissedoutyoga
