Cassidy Bristol, RYT-200, certified Power Yoga teacher and lover of movement. She seeks to forever remain a student while sharing the gift of yoga that was given to her in a time of need. Cassidy understands the importance of having a strong physical practice in order to detangle the mind and be present in each moment. She has been practicing Vinyasa and Hatha styles of for over a decade, frequenting many different studios and teachers. She discovered Baptiste Power Yoga and quickly realized that sharing this transformational practice is an important path she wanted to travel.
The discovery of yoga led Cassidy to find other movement practices that feed her body, heart and soul. Yoga, snowboarding and hoop dance are her ultimate passions that help incorporate the innate wisdom of flow into daily life. Her classes provide a comfortable space that allow students to find their own power. She understands that while she is there to guide, the truest teacher is ourselves. Through breath, movement, and flow she reminds her students to tune inward and listen.
