May 31 Day Challenge
Are you ready for a shift? A mind and body re-set?
A consistent and steady asana and meditation practice is both renewing and grounding. It is a space to connect more deeply to the Self, ignite your body’s natural energy source and move any stuck or stagnant energy that will allow a flow of health and vitality to you.
This May Challenge will be unique and like no other before. The focus is on tapping our natural energy source by moving, breathing and meditating for 31 days, the entire month of May. You will be ready to move into the Summer season with a renewed sense of aliveness and appreciation for your body and your life force.
Each day will begin with a live 15-minute guided mediation accessible via Zoom or recorded for later use. From May 1-31, you may participate in ANY yoga class of your choice, either IN PERSON at the studio, live via Zoom or take one of our pre-recorded On-Demand classes from our huge library of classes.
Saturday May 1 Challenge begins: Meditate for 15 minutes and take 1 yoga class every day for 31 Days at any time from anywhere. Record it on your virtual sticker chart or in-person.
Monday May 3, 7:00pm “Kickoff meeting” via Zoom.
Monday May 10, 17, 24 at 7:00pm group check-in/accountability meetings via Zoom
