Jiasong Yuen

An avid runner, hiker and climber, Jiasong first tried yoga in the 1990’s as cross-training, but it wasn’t until prenatal yoga during her pregnancy in 2003 that she discovered its transformative power. Breathwork and mindfulness helped her stay grounded, fit and calm – sparking a lifelong practice.

In April 2025, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Power Yoga Academy at Flux Yoga in Bellingham, WA with the only intention to deepen her practice—but fell in love with teaching. With over two decades of practice, Jiasong guides students to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. She offers challenging yet compassionate classes that balances physical intensity with mental and spiritual nourishment.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her on the trails of the Chuckanuts and Mt. Baker; trekking long distances like the PCT; traveling around the world (often back to her hometown of Hong Kong); or spending time with family.
