How long have you been practicing at Flux Power Yoga? How did you know this was your place?
I’ve been practicing at Flux for 15 months. The moment I saw the water, and listening to the seagulls in Savasana, I knew this was my place.
How has your practice evolved and /or what benefits have you gotten in your practice and in your life?
My practice has evolved into actually teaching Yoga. Yoga has also taught me to breathe in the tough moments of life.
Favorite pose and why?
Crow is my favorite pose. It took me the longest to get it. Once I got it, I found flying crow. It was so incredible!
Any advice for new yogis?
New Yogis, keep coming back you’ll find new possibilities, of improving your well being. Yoga will help bring serenity and peace to you, and everyone around you.
