Sydney aims to cultivate a supportive, safe, and accessible class setting. She encourages students to tap into their own creative expression through intuitive movement and exploration of breath. She fell in love with practicing and teaching yoga as she found the benefits of mind-body union transform her own life, and is now passionate about connecting with people from all backgrounds through yoga. She recognizes yoga is an intimate journey, and that her role is to support you every step of the way.
