Jenna Walenga

Jenna believes yoga is a powerful tool with which we can meet ourselves and learn to listen to our own bodies. Her classes create a space in which students are encouraged to follow their own rhythms and callings and to deepen their connection with their intuition. She strives to offer trauma-informed and inclusive practices without shying away from the alchemy of moving through challenge.

She originally found yoga in 2010 as an escape from her mental chatter and a gateway to improved mental and physical health. She completed her YTT in 2014 and is trained in iRest Yoga Nidra, Pre/Postnatal yoga, trauma-informed yoga, and brings elements of meditation and dance into many of her classes.

Outside of class, you’ll find Jenna with her two daughters either lounging in the sun in her garden or roaming the forests near her home. She also works as a life coach, helping women find their way back to their heart center so she can live with more peace and joy
